OTTAWA, February 19
A Winnipeg message states reacting violently to suggestions in a special despatch from London that the Canadian wheat pool officials were returning from London disappointed, after their failure to reach any agreement with the British Government heads, wheat slumped to bottom levels for the vear f oday, a few minutes before the close. The market was off six and a quarter cents but closed four and a quarter to fen and a-half cents off. May closed 116|, July 118*, October 121
