Dir Ramsay MacDonald has seceded Iran the Independent Labour Party, owing to the “Left Wingers’ ” pin pricks.
It has been arranged that the Seamen’s Union should rejoin the Trades Union Congress, on the basis of no victimisation and of joint liquidation and the cowls of litigation.
LONDON, Feb. 18,
Mr .MacDonald says that the Independent Labour Party lost both its
rip of Socialism and its sense of comradeship. It was impossible For him to keep up the association. RUGBY, Feb. 17.
Dir MacDonald has discontinued his membership of the Independent Labour Party. The newspapers ascribe his action to the attacks made on the Government by the Left AVing of the Labour Party, and led by prominent members ot' the Independent .Labour Party.
