WELLINGTON, Feb, 17
There is no change in the critical--position which has arisen in connection with the Wellington and other wool sales. The N.Z. Wool Buyers’ As-ocuuion, acting on instructions from the ‘(British Wool Federation, will not attend any wool sales in New Zealand, unless the offering is--20,000 dales or over.
Despite this, the local wool brokers have decided to carry on with the Wellington wool sale, which has been taxed lor 2 p.m. on Thursday-. *
ill connection with the wool sales crisis, the following message has been, received in Gisborne from Christchurch from tile Wool Buyers’ Association: —“As the Wellington can riot offer the requisite quantity for the-forthcoming sale, the Buyers’. iriembhrs hate .decided: not'to, attend. Ample notice will be given when the Association decides to attend future sales.
