DIVORCE COURTS,

According to advice from Montreal a' warning of a battle over the proposal to establish divorce courts in Quebec was served on -the Dominion Government by Cardinal Rouleau, of Quebec, with the Archbishops of Montreal and Ottawa, and the Bishops throughout Quebec., A pastoral, read in all churches, states powerful influences are working not to improve the present divorce courts, but to establish and extend innumerable .courts, despite the fact that Quebec sentiment is preponderantly that jnarriage is a sacrament is indissoluble. •
