SWIMMING
Now that the weather has become warm again the Municipal Baths are becoming as popular as ever. Tomorrow afternoon at 3 o’clock the first distance of the Newman Cup competition will be contested. This will be the 25 yards. There are six entrants for the competition so there should l>e some fine swimming before the fi’-od takes place at the big carnival on Tuesday, 25th inst. The following are the handicaps for the Newman Cup race at the Municipal Baths to-morrow afternoon at 3 o’clock:—
