A message from Lyons reports Piper and Kaye were prevented resuming the flight to Italy by heavy snowflakes and thick mist. THE N.Z. FLYERS. MARSEILLES, Feb. 12. Piper and Kaye, the New Zealand flyers, have departed. FLYERS EN ROUTE. ROME, Feb. 12. Piper and Kaye, the flyers, arrived at Naples from Pisa. They expect to start for Malta this afternoon.
