WEDDING BELLS

SE YB—CROPPER. In All Saints Church, Hokitika, List Wednesday pretty wedding was celebrated. Tlio Revd. Nelson V right was the officiating Vicar. The contracting parties were Miss Mable Mira Cropper, third and youngest, daughter of Mrs Cropper and the late Mr It. A. Cropper, of Arahura Road, and Mr Robert Stewart Seyb, eldest son of Mr and Mrs Seyb, of Hastings. The bride was attired in a frock of white crepe sylvia, cut circular style and wore a coronet and lovely veil, aiso white satin shoes, and carried a bouquet of dahlias, lilies and maidenhair fern. She entered the church on the arm of her uncle, Mr James Cropper, of Waitaha, who gave her away. Miss Davies presided at the organ and played Mendelssohns Wedding March.

Miss Alary Martin made a charming .bridesmaid in a blue crepe sylvia dress trimmed with lemon shade, a hat of pale lemon shade and n. handsome bouquet. Mr Seyb, of Timaru, ably carried out the duties of best man.

A shower of confetti greeted the happy couple as they emerged from the church. , ",

The wedding spread was prepared by “Prestons” in AM Saints Hall. Mrs Cropper received the guests in a smart black celanese frock relieved with grey and a hat to match. Over one hundred sat down to the tuous repast and after the many toasts were duly proposed and honoured the young. couple left on the evening train for Christchurch and Timaru where the honeymoon will be spent. The bride travelled in a fawn tweed costume and fox fur, etc. Mirny valuable jpreseints, and ‘also good wishes for the future were received by Mr and Mrs Seyb.
