HESINGFOILS, Feb. 4

The Danish steamer “Nelly” is stranded in the Gulf of Fingaci. She was swept by seas and rapidly became encased in ice. Rescuers have been unable to approach, and it was feared the crew of twenty would he frozen to death, but during the forenoon move nients were observed which were thought to be signals.
