An exhibition of the fashions of leading houses confirms the forecast that a dress revolution is taking place The rigid straight line is deJinitely gonej with the complete revival ' ,oi ornamental side flowers, laces, ribions and even the fans of the grnndanother is reappearing. Large bouquets harmonising with dress are prominent. The boyish tailormade is swept aside by an enveloping robe, heavily tucked arid frilled. Incidentally skirts are .much longer. This complete reversal is pausing uneasiness in London where'fashion, artiists are urging war against Paris dieitates.
