SOVIET AFFAIRS. (United Press Association.—By Electric le.egraph.—Copyright.) MOSCOW, Feb. 3. Dovgalevs Addowgalevsky has notified the French Government that Koutepoff’s supporters are planning a raid on the Soviet Embassay, with the object of causing a Franco-Russian rupture. The Soviet press bitterly protests against hostile French newspaper comments arising from the Koutepoff affair.
KIDNAPPING REWARD

Russian refugees newspaper “Renaissance” is offering eight hundred sterling for information regarding the recent kidnapping of the man Koukepoff. Alleged eye witnesses mention that a woman in a fur coat acted as decoy, but according to the “Petit Tarisien,” the police are satisfied a woman was not connected with the affair.

He estimated the produce was thus introduced into fifty thousand homes.
