(Received this dav at ID a.m.) SYDNEY, Feb. 4. Obituary—Victor E. Cromer, a former associate of world-famous figures like Ramsay MacDonald, Lenin and Trotsky, and himself a remarkable personality, claiming to exercise the gift of touch-healing; aged 47. He was a native of South Australia and began life on a newspaper. He was Australian representative at the Socialist Conference at Stuttgart in 1907, and there met many political leaders. LONDON. Feb. 3. Obituary—Peter Larkin, Canadian High Commissioner in London, aged 74.
