He was a native of South Australia and began life on a newspaper. He was Australian representative at the Socialist Conference at Stuttgart in 1907, and there met many political leaders. LONDON. Feb. 3. Obituary—Peter Larkin, Canadian High Commissioner in London, aged 74.
