Five University professors who opposed the dictatorship, including a famous philologist, Unamuna, at present exiled, will be reinstated.; Marquis Deestella received .a firm reminder that soldiers, on the active list must not meddle with politics. The second Duke' of Almodovar communicated with Deestella demanding reparation by arms for the insults offered six years ago..
