LATE LOCALS.
A splendid opportunity will be given on Thursday evening to see the champion swimmers of,'New Zealand in action at the Swimming Carnival to be held in the Municipal Baths. There promises to be a specially attractive programme, and the large number of visiting swimmers attending will make the evening a notable one.
