The publication of statistics in the tenth annual report of the War Graves Commission shows that up to March 31st, of last year, there had been 874 cemeteries completed in France and Belgium, and that there ,a Iso 1086 communal j cemeteries and churchyards containing war graves. There had been 534.596 headstones erected. Steps had been taken to obtain land opposite the Jerusalem Cemetery for a memorial park on behalf of the Australian Government. Australia last year contributed £41.857 and New Zealand 013,556 out of the total cash payments which amounted to 0661,253.
