OVERCOME BY SEASICKNESS,

OAMARU. Jan. 18,

The minesweeper, H.M.S. Wakakiira, which left Dunedin yesterday for Akaroa with a. number of ratings and officers of the Otago Division R.N.V.11.. put into Oamaru this morning owing to a heavy swell. Several of the reservists were overcome by seasickness and it. was thought advisable to give them a spell. The vessel will probably resume her journey to-night or early to-morrow morning. '
