Though the Naval Conference is almost monopolising attention during the week-end,’ the press does not overlook the new session of Parliament, which, one writer suggests, will be the most dramatic and exciting session since the war. Most of the antiGovernment organs devote themselves to suggestions aiming at avoiding a crisis or an election of the naval conference, and of tlie critical problem in India.
