Damages . amounting to £10,570 are being claimed in consequence of the* motor-coach accident on August 13 last in which Dr Percy Charles Wooliatt,, of Westcliff-on-Sea, was killed, his 12-years-old daughter Honor fatally injured, and five other persons seriously hurt. The suit same before the Tribunal C'orrectionnel here to-day. The accident occurred near St. Broladre, when the motor-coach, conveying IQ English visitors .back to Dindard from Mont St. Michel, overturned. Mrs Woollatt. who was badly injured, gave evidence to-day. The claim is being prevented jointly on behalf of ?drs Woollatt! Hiss ltnth Crook, her sister, and Mr M. 51. Ferguson (who with his wife and daughter was also injured in the accident.) The case lias been adjourned to December 21.
