LORD STRICKLAND ATTACKED (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) ROME, January 16. Lord Strickland, Premier of Malta, has been fiercely attacked by the Maltese correspondent of the “Tribuna” who says that when the newspapers, accuse him of reducing Malta to* a state of poverty, he imprisons the edi,tor, and when Deputies attack, ho closes down the Chamber.
