WELLINGTON, January 16
A significant indication of the powers of the Hon. W. A. Veitcli, Minister of Transport, generally to control traffice matters on national lines is a Gazette announcement that under the powers of the Motor Vehicles Act the YlniMer disallows a by-law of the Helen svi lie Town Board, purporting to fix a local speed limit of twenty miles an hour on portion of the main highway in the board’s district.
