KISSES ? FOR SIXPENCE
(United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyri gilt.)
LONDON, Jan. 15. Glasgow girl students, who arc accused of being ugly in face and form, opened a kiss shop in the city on behalf of charity, and announced kisses would be sold for sixpence. A large crowd assembled in. front of the shop, but there was no sign of a purchaser until a newspaperman decided to risk the adventure. He pushed his way in, paid a sixpence and selected a girl who handed over a. card on which there was printed a cross. The shop went into liquidation in the afternoon.
