At the inquest on Ottorson, _ Coroner Barton said the evidence showed deceased had been suffering from dyspepsia which was always associated with depression. In this case it appeared to have resulted from a physical injury received many years ago, and from which there was no hope of Complete recovery. Deceased’s condition also appeared to have been aggravated by an injury to the bead received when he fell from a horse at Norfolk Island about tin ■ee months ago. The verdict, was that deceased died as the result of injuries sustained by a voluntary fall from Parliament Buildings on 10th inst., this taking, place, during a period of severe mental depression.
