A journalist lias been arrested on a charge of tapping a long distance telephone during a confidental conversation between Dr. Moseicki, President of Poland, and Professor Bartel (Prime Minister) during the formation of the Cabinet and publishing the. gist of the interview in nn anonymous pamphlet.

Postal authorities now announce they are doing their utmost to guarantee both members of Cabinet and private citizens absolute secrecy while telephoning.
