BERLIN, Jan. 10

Two months ago Berlin was the brightest an dirayest capital outrivaling Paris for its luxurious night life. Dance palaces wore own all night and to-day many fashionable establishments have been closed, and the city is undergoing a sudden change. Proprietors complain Berlin people are remaining at home in increasing numbers and dec-line to patronise late iostaurants cabarets and beer gardens. One by one great electric signs which Had sprung up in the capital, converting night into day, are disappearing. Berlin’s attemnts to steal Paris thunder have failed at least temporarily.
