The constitution or tnc British delegation to the Naval Conference is announced.
Tne (principal delegates will be: — Hun. hamsay MacDonald (.Prime Minister), Mr A. Henderson (Foreign c iMTtary), Captain V. Vcdgwoou Bonn (Secretary for India), and All Alexander (First Lord of the Admiralty).
A,citing as Foreign Office expifts the' advisers will he:—Sir Robert Vanittart (Permanent Under Secretary for Foreign Affairs), .Messrs Malkin (legal advisor of the Foreign Office), Craigie [head of the American Department of Foreign Office), and Cadogan (adviser on the League of Nations affai(s.)
The Admiralty export advisers will be:—Admiral of the Flc;ct, Sir Charles Madden. First Sea Lord and Chief of Naval Staff, Vice-Admiral Sir William Fisher, Deputy Chief of Naval Staff, Vice-Admiral Roger Backhouse, Third Sea Lord and four officers of the Plans Division of the Admiralty. Vice-Admiral Anderson, Liaison Officer and Mr Alex Flint, principal assistant Secretary of the Admiralty. The Dominions Office will be represented by Sir Harry Batterbee, As-sistant-Secretary.
