The IJ.fi.A. Shipping Board ha,s approved of a co-operative working agreement between the. Williams Steamship ’Corporation and the Union Steamship Coy of Now Zealand for the through movement and apportionment of rates on traffic from the United States and Atlantic ports to the Australian and Now Zealand call ports of the Union Company. The through rates aroi to he based on a direct line of rates apportioned equally between the lines.
