(United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright). LONDON, Jan. 6. “The Times” Tokio. correspondent states that the Japanese. Government learns that France proposes two naval agreements, the first being a shortdated agreement in London, and tho second one a wider, permanent agreement, through the League of Nations. JAPANESE DELEGATION. LONDON, J:in. 6. The “Times” Tokio correspondent states: Official circles do not endorse comments that are appearing in certain newspapers that Britain’s reception of the Japenese delegates to the naval conference was a cool one cornpared with the reception Britain gave America’s delegates. They realise that the holiday season interposed obstacles. It appears that Mr Ramsay MacDonald offered to come to London, or else to welcome the Japanese delegates at Lossiemouth,- but the delegates preferred not to disturb the Prime Minister'* holiday.
