The indications are for westerly winls, moderate to strong, later veering by west to north. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather but later scattered rain with milder temperatures is to be expected. Barometer little movement but after about sixteen hours it will fall slowly. Seas rough but decreasing. Tides moderate.
