BRISBANE, January 3

Dr. Otto Peltzer, the famous German athlete, dropped a bombshell into the athletcic circles on his arriv.el to-day. He announced he could only run in two races in Australaia. This was the Geiman regulation, and could not be broken. He had run two races in Manila and had four left, one of which he would like to run in New Zealand, and the fourth will be in America. The attitude of his association was that visitors were imposed upon too much, and told when and where to run to their detriment.
