' AUCKLAND, Dec, 30. Mr H. L, E. Priestinan, assistant Canadian Trade Commissioner to New Zealand, arrived by the Aorangi on Sunday. The dairy industry in Canada had not grown to any great extent and New Zealand exporters had established themselves in a sound position.
