NOTED VICTIMS. (United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph .—Copyright. ) NEW YORK, Dec. 30. A message from Callas, in Texas, states that Dr Johathan Carver, the noted British geologist, was killed in a motor collision. As representative of the British Museum, he had been digging Indian ruins in Arizona for several months. He was en route to London with specimens when death overtook him. BERLIN, Dec. 29. The German international tennis player Meldenhaner died of injuries, through a motor car, in which he was travelling, colliding with a tramcar.
