RUM RUNNERS
INTER ESTINO IN CEDENTS. (United Presa Association. —By Electrn Telegraph.—Copy rigb t.) (Received tliis day at 11 a.m.i NEW YORK, Dec. 29. Two interesting incidents in connection with rnm-nmninp; occurred today. IJlio Coastguard of Newport fired upon an escaping American rumrunner dubbed “ Black Duck,” and a large cargo of liquor was captured. A supposedly British rum-runner “ Floor Del Mar,” was discovered by the Coast Patrol off .Montague, laden with liquor and was fired on.
