An inquiry into the riding of Pegaway in the Christmas Handicap which commenced after that race on Thursday, was concluded after the King’s Plate. After hearing evidence, and the explanation of the Jockey, H. Gray, (who rode Hunting Cry today), the stewards decided that no action was necessary.
