R ATLWAY WASH-A WAYS. (Australian Press Association). (Received this day at 10 a.m.) MELBOURNE, Dec. 30. Further reports of rains ill Central Australia, show wash-awnys at intervals extending over 450 miles of the NorthSouth railway. They have made the services impossible. All connection with settlements are severed. Torrential rains caused floods unparalleled in the history of the railways. At Marree the foundation of the line was washed away for several miles. Many bridges have been destroyed.
