IN TED SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, WESTLAND DISTRICT, (Hokitika Registry). Under the conduct of Leslie William Louisson, the Sheriff of Westland, and in execution of a Writ of Sale issued out of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Hokitika, in pursuance of a judgment obtained by Christina Mulvihill and Janies Alexander Murdoch against Alphonse Edward Morel, John Martyn and James Corbett. ON WEDNESDAY, the. 29th. DAY OF JANUARY, 1939, at 11 a.m. at the Auction Mart of Messrs Wm. Jeffries and Co., Sewell Street, Hokitika, Messrs Wm. Jeffries and Co. will sell by public auction:— Section No. 3060 containing one hundred and thirty-eight acres situate in Block V Turiwhate Survey District and being the whole of the land comprised in Renewable Lease No. 247 Volume 19 Folio 88, Westland Register. The Solicitors for the Execution Creditors are Messrs Park and Murdoch, of Hokitika. Conditions of Sale and other particulars can be obtained from the Auctioneer and at the office of Messrs Park and Murdoch, Solictors, Hokitika. Dated at Greyrnouth this 20th. day of December, 1929.
