FOR SEXUAL CRIMINALS. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) VANCOUVER, 'Dec. 21. A tiling unprecedented in Canadian criminal history is the' fact that no fewer than seven men and youths were given penitentiary sentences with fifteen lashes each to-day l>v Judge MacDonald for offences against women and girls. Three got fifteen years for criminal assault. One got two years for abduction, and three others got two years for statutory offences.
