PRINCE RECEIVES AMBASSADOR, [United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph .—Copy right. ] LONDON, December 20. The Prince of Wales, on behalf of the King, gave an audience to M. Sokolnikoff, who presented his ctedentials. M. Sokolnikoff and his staff were taken to St. Janies’ in two separate carriages with scarlet cloaked coachmen and outriders. They were met by the King’s Marshal men and representatives df the Foreign Office. The presentations were made in the Throne Room.

Immediately after M. SokolinikofF called on Mr Henderson and exchanged notes covering guarantees against propaganda in the Dominions.

BRITISH MINISTER. ARRIVAL AT MOSCOW. MOSCOW, December 21. Sir Edmond Over, the British Ambassador to Russia, when banding over his credentials to M. Kalinin, expressed his apreciation of the restoration of Anglo-Russian relations.
