2nd HOKITIKA BOY SCOUTS

A Boy Scouts camp will be held at the M i lion ui from the 27th December to the 3rd January. The local troop will be joined by the Linwood and Greymouth troops. The Linwood troop will arrive on Thursday, 26th, by the express and it is expected that all boys of the local troop, will be on the railway station in uniform to escort them to the Scout Hall where they will ho billetted for the night prior to departing next day for camp. The Greymouth troopwill arrive by the morning train oh December 27th. The Scout Committee wish to thank their many friends who gave material and services in connection with the building of the Scout Hall, namely, Butler Bros., Kanieri-Hokitika Sawmill, J. C. Malfroy, and R. and AA . Ross, who donated nearly all the material used. Mr A. King, Air Id oxford, and Air S. King were the volunteer builders.
