A SIBERIAN FUGITIVE. [United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.] BAGHDAD, Dec. 19. A young Russian, claiming to be the only son of the murdered Tsar, who escaped from Siberia, where he was imprisoned for years, was arrested tor having no passport, but he was released after a week’s detention here, the police confessing that they were unable to confirm or disprove his story. The Tsarevitch, if alive, would be V., years old. This fugitive looks not more than twenty, but hTs resemblance to the Russian Royalties is said to be remarkable.
