HOKITIKA BOROUGH COUNCIL. “Proposed Change of Purpose of Reserve No. 452, Block I, Ivanieri Survey District.” J3URSUANT t!o Section 7 (4) of the Public Reserves, Domains and National Parks Act, 1928, public notice is hereby given that the Hokitika Borough Council, at its meeting to be held in the Town Hall, Hokitika, at 7.30 p.m. On Friday, the 10th. January, 1930, proposes to adopt a resolution to apply to Hi» Excellency the GovernorGeneral for an Order-in-Council to change the purpose of Reserve No. 452, which was originally set' apart as a Public Park, and is not now required for such purpose, to enable the said reserve to be vested in the Corporation of Hokitika as a Municipal Endowment for leasing purposes. Any persons desirous of objecting to the above proposal are required to lodge their objections in writing with me, prior to the said 10th. January, 1930. H. G. F. COLES, Town Clerk. Hokitika, 19th.
