She was married at Moscow in 1924' to a Russian mining engineer. Tlie Judge gave judgment that the petif oner and the respondent had never been married within the meaning of the English law. They were not husband and wife. He did not possess jurisdiction. The parties must go to the Soviet Courts. He was fully conscious of the difficulties arising from his refusal of recognition to a Russian marriage, but the Soviet had created, these difficulties.
