The “Sunday Times” states that Sokol nikoff (Soviet Ambassador) may be unable to present bis credentials to the, King before New Year. One of the difficulties is that the Government is still awaiting some of the Dominions’ replies on the general question of recognition and the desire to obtain an unanimous agreement on the subject throughout the Empire, is causing concern in Downing St. A RUSSIAN STATEMENT.
AIOSCOW. Dec. 15. The “Pravda” states that the newspaper “Daily Worker” is to lie established in Britain, to mobilise the masses for a fight, to organise the minority movement and turn it into a, majority against the Trade Union bureaucracy, British capital and its policemen lackeys, who are now in power. m
