ENDED IN GERMANY. United Press Association—By ElectricTelegraph—Copyright j. (Received this dav at noon.) BERLIN, Dec. 12. A report from Wiesbaden states, the hauling down of the Union Jack at that city marked the formal ending of the British occupation of the Rhineland. Sir' Win. Thwaites, Commander-in-Chief, took his official farewell from representatives .of German and Prussian Governments. Dr Esrler (Wiesbaden) representative of the German Government, declared there could not he the slightest complaint concerning the attitude and conduct- o 1/the British soldiers.
