INDIAN RULER AND WHITE WOMAN. BOMBAY, liulia, Oct. 18. Remarkable allegations against the 2.‘]-years-okl ruler of the Indian State of Bajana. in the Kathiawar district, were made before the chief Presidency magistrate here to-day by Mr Gerald Edwin le Febour, a European. An application had been made Tor Mr le Febour’s extradition to Bajana on the grounds of an alleged theft from the BajamnState guest house. In his request to the magistrate to oppose tlie order. Mr le Febour’s lawyer stated that some months ago the young Indian chief had offered M,r le Febour, whom he met at Bombay, the post of superintendent of police in Raj ana. The offer was accepted and Mr le Febour and his wife were given quarters in the State guest house. The lawyer alleged that the chief at times went out alone with the wile, pretending to teach her driving. Re gave her various presents, including rings and wrist watches. In duly he drove her to a lonely spot and made improper proposals to her. He threatened to shoot her when she resisted, hut she persuaded him to drive her bn—o. She complained to her husband, and they fled from the State. 'The child' then filed a civil suit against Mr le Febour for property worth C7o, but the latter refused to return to the State. The magistrate adjourned the case and ordered the release of Mr le Febour on bail,
