ORDERED TO PRODUCE-THEM. (By Telegraph—Per Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, Dec. 1. A summons for contempt of Court against George Grey, solicitor, was' mentioned in the Supreme Court proceedings initiated -by the Deputy Official Assignee in the estate of Henry L. Martini, the' grounds of compliant being that Grey had not complied with an order of the -Judge to render accounts in the estate within one month. Two and a half months had then elapsed, Mr P, Grey, a partner in the firm, said that his father had been ill, and counsel had been working long hours in an endeavour ,to produce the accounts, which would occupy one hundred pages. The bill of costs alone was one of fifty pages. It would take at least a week to tvpe them. No »t----temnt had been made to evade responsibility. • . . . i * - Counsel for the D.O.A. said that he did, not want Grey’s bodv or his money in the form of a fine. He wanted the accounts. Air Justice MacGregor ordered that Hm accounts must be produced in one weeK. Mr P. Grey: I say now that it cannot be done. His Honour: I have given my decision
