WIDOWS AND PENSIONS' BILL RUGBY, Nov. 27. The second reading of the Widows Pensions Hill was passed by the House of Lords last night. By its most important provision a pension of 10s weekly is granted to the widows, over the age of 55 years, of insured men who died or attained the age of seventy before 1928.
