Jn the House of Commons, Rt. Hon A. Henderson (Foreign Secretary) in answer to questions, said lie was not aware that there has been any change in the United States poli.y toward.' llie Soviet. He had no intention to make it a condition for the resumption of Anglo-,Soviet relations that the members of the secret police should be forbidden to enter Britain.

In the 'Commons, asked if he would not sign the Anglo-Egyptian Treaty till he received the Commonwealth Government's consent, Mr MacDonald said
the procedure would ho in accordance with the recommendations of the Imperial Conference 1926, with regard to negotiation for treaties.
