BOWLEY GOING TO ROTOItUA. N.Z. SELECTORS. CHRISTCHURCH, November 20. At a meeting of the New Zealand Cricket Council to-night, it was reported that Mr Gilligan, captain of the M.O.C. team, had cabled, as follows: “Am very worried about Bowley. He ltas an acute attack of sciatica. Pronose sending him to New Zealand, next boat. Would treatment at Rotorua cure?” A reply has been sent agreeing to Gifligan’s proposal. The Australian Board of Control wrote that the receipts for the Adelaide match against M..C.C. were £951, leaving a credit bala nee of £740. New Zealand is taking 75 per cent of the nett profit.
