CLAIM FAILS. WELLINGTON, Nov. 25. After s hearing further evidence in the case in which Louis Shardlow claimed £562 15s damages from Maud Vouisa Milton (correct name) as the result of an accident on the Hutt road, His Honour Mr Justice Myers held that there was no liability on the defendant, since, in his view, Wilton was not doing anything in connection with the defendant's business at the time o. the accident. Judgment was entered for defendant with cost*.
