Admiral Mark Kerr opened Foxcombe Hall, at Oxford, w-hieli will be the centre of overseas conferences of women, Men may. be members. It is hoped that this Club -\W 11*' be the centre of the Dominion interests at Oxford, where overseas viators can congregate. The clubhouse was the icsidenco of the Earl of Berkeley.
