UKRAINE PLOT

REVOLUTION AGAINST SOVIET. 'United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) MOSCOW, November 21. A counter revolutionary organisation, headed by M. Chekhovsky, who was Premier in Petlma’s Government, two other ex-Ministers, M. Efremov and M. Nikovsky, and several others, lias been discovered in the Ukraine, according to the Tass News Agency, which declared that the organisation aimed to convert the Ukraine into a capitalist state, controlled hv certain neighbouring states.

The organisation is said to have been in close contact with a Petlurist Centre in Poland, and with foreign representatives in the Ukraine. it also has created the Union of Ukrainian Youth for a terroristic attempt on members of the Soviet Government. Those arrested have confessed, and they will he tried by the l krainian Supreme Court.
